Information for Presenters
Technical Session Presentations
The presentation template is obligatory for presenting at the conference.
Presentation Duration
Each technical presentation is limited to 15 minutes. Timing will be strictly enforced to ensure the smooth flow of sessions.
Slide Template
Authors accepted for Technical presentations are advised to prepare their presentations using the official ACUUS 2025 technical presentation template.
Presentation Schedule
To find the exact time and location of your presentation, refer to the Full Programme page.
The presentation should be sent by October 25th to the Conference official email address: info@acuus2025.com.
Presentations not submitted to the organizers at least 5 working days before the event should be brought on a flash drive and given to the technician before the session, and within the conference room where the presentation is to be held.
Important Note
Each accepted paper must be presented during its scheduled session.
Deadlines:
- Camera-ready paper submission: September 15, 2025
Please ensure your final version addresses all reviewer comments or requested improvements and fully complies with the conference formatting and submission guidelines. - Early-bird registration deadline: September 30, 2025
- Presenter information submission: October 5, 2025
Kindly provide us with the name of the person who will present the paper, along with their photo, affiliation, and a short CV (up to 100 words) for the Session Chair to use during the conference announcement. - PowerPoint presentation submission: October 25, 2025
