Registration fees

The conference fees are detailed in the table below. All figures are inclusive of 20% VAT and given in EUR
(i.e. these are the totals you will be charged).

* The students who pay the student registration fee are exempt from paying for the workshop fee, with prior registration required.

All conference participants must register for the conference.
The registration fee covers:
– attendance to all sessions,
– ID card with ribbon,
– branded conference bag,
– printed conference program,
– notebook,
– pen,
– USB stick Book of Proceedings,
– the welcome reception cocktail on November 4th,
– lunches and coffee breaks during the conference,
– the conference gala dinner on November 6th

In order for your paper to be included in the Conference program and in the Proceedings, the corresponding registration fee must be paid by the early-bird deadline: September 30, 2025.

*Accompanying registration fee cover:
– the welcome reception cocktail on November 4th
– the conference gala dinner on November 6th
– Belgrade Underground Secrets tour on November 8th

Fees Cancellation Policy

All cancellations or refund requests must be made in writing by e‐mail to the ACUUS Secretariat
info@acuus2025.com.

A fifty percent (50%) refund of the amount received by (as stated in the original receipt) will be given to cancellations received on or before 1 October 2025.
NO REFUNDS will be given for cancellations received after this date.

The refund will be processed only after the conference.

Letter of Invitation

Whether you are required to have a Visa or not to travel to Serbia, the letter of invitation provided by the conference organizers may be useful for agents at Ports of Entry to determine that a person is a legitimate visitor that intends to attend the conference.

Per the conference policy, only duly registered participants (authors and attendees) may get an invitation letter.
